Registration and T-shirts
Accompanying this letter are the registration and T-shirt forms to be mailed back by June 5, 2018, to meet the deadline to make T-shirt purchases to the t-shirt vendor. As mentioned previously you can wear your 2016 T-shirt to reduce expenditures, however, you may purchase a new one. Again, our color will remain black and yellow as 2016 reunion.
This reunion will be one for the book with plenty of “Family Togetherness” and family time to do things. We allowed time for you to enjoy shopping, exploring the boardwalk and beach. All these activities are within walking distance from the hotel. Also, you have time to take a bus or train ride into Philadelphia, especially if you want to visit historical buildings and items from the past.
Get excited and start mailing back the forms.
I had an option included in the picnic contract that “if it is raining before the picnic the park (Tall Pines) will cancel the picnic and you will be refunded your cost for the picnic.” If it starts raining while we are in the park everything will be moved indoors by the park’s staff.
This committee will continue to plan and keep everyone updated with new or enhanced activities that we can work into the planning for the group.
